The Role

We’re looking for someone to crack the formula for recruiting homes that will have the biggest impact on growing sales. You’ll concept and build the system that prioritises leads along our sales operations and city sales teams. Your work will also be critical in helping us identify new types of housing stock to grow sales in our cities.

Responsibilities

The role will be varied and partner with many departments across the company, but these are the things you can expect to do:

  • Analyse the sales impact of adding home stock in various size, price, and location categories
  • Scrutinise the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics
  • Create a process to update the sales teams about the categories of focus for their city as well as integrating with the CRM
  • Work with sales operations to ensure the right leads are prioritised for each city according to the model
  • Continuously monitor and analyse sales, search and homes data to inform the business teams (including city teams and performance marketing)
  • Roll out and train the sales teams on the impact of home characteristics on revenue
  • Partner with the Data team to build the systems/dashboards necessary so the business and sales teams have access to the right data and KPIs in real time
  • Contribute to the expansion project, including analysing the opportunity in prospective new cities
  • Derive recommendations and create action plans to address weaknesses and areas of opportunity
  • Execute key recommendations in collaboration with other functions and/or stakeholders

Experience required:

  • Proficient at manipulating very large data sets to drawing succinct insights, trends and clear commercial implications
  • Able to concept and architect new data and analytics systems from scratch
  • Comfortable creating predictive formulas to guide business decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with large-scale sales teams and sales leaders
  • Proficient working with CMS and CRM systems (Salesforce not essential but preferred)
  • Experience in start-ups, marketplaces, and supply-side acquisition (not essential but preferred).
