We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Strategy Manager to play the critical role of identifying key markets and categories that will have the biggest impact in growing our sales and NPS. Primary responsibilities include reporting and examine key metrics of sales performance, using these findings to advise and direct our sales efforts, setting the strategic agenda for current and future revenue growth. In addition, this person will be involved in key projects and deliverables such as business planning, forecasting, pipeline analysis, go-to-market strategy and execution, addressable market evaluation, etc.
Your work will be critical in helping us identify new types of housing stock to grow sales in our existing cities and prioritise as we continue our rollout in new cities globally.

The role will be varied and partner with many departments across the company, but these are the things you can expect to do:
Analyse the sales impact of adding home stock in various size, price, and location categories
Scrutinise the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics
Create a process to update the sales teams about the categories of focus for their city as well as integrating with the CRM
Work with sales operations to ensure the right leads are prioritised for each city according to the model
Continuously monitor and analyse sales, search and homes data to inform the business teams (including city teams and performance marketing)
Roll out and train the sales teams on the impact of home characteristics on revenue
Partner with the Data team to build the systems/dashboards necessary so the business and sales teams have access to the right data and KPIs in real time
Contribute to the expansion project, including analysing the opportunity in prospective new cities
Derive recommendations and create action plans to address weaknesses and areas of opportunity
Execute key recommendations in collaboration with other functions and/or stakeholders
Highly analytical: can deconstruct problems logically and solve them using data, insight and gut. You have relevant experience ideally from a consulting or e-commerce business.
