We launched three years ago in London. We are now in 6 cities, we have vetted over 100,000 homes and are on track to reach over £25M in annualised sales. The mission for our MatchMakers is to match our Guests with the perfect Plum home for their stay.
MatchMakers make the magic happen - you will handle inbound requests from our Guests. You will speak to them on the phone, on chat and by email. If you think they should stay in a hotel and not with us, then you should tell them. You will need to really understand their needs, their style and what they will love. You need to be speedy, able to multi-task and focus.
Your targets will include:
Hit sales targets of 3X growth
Increase conversion every month
Ensure Plum Guests are happy

As we are growing we are keen to add more language skills and international knowledge to the team. We are now looking for exceptional people who speak French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Danish or Hebrew or have in-depth New York and LA knowledge.
